Time frame: Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Proof required: The original invoice/receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. A valid photo ID is also preferable.
Product condition: Product should not be opened and should be in its original condition.
Packaging & accessories: Returned product must be in as-new condition, in original packing and accompanied by warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
Promotional items: When a promotional item is returned (after the promotion has ended), the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Free items: Free items given with purchased items must also be returned. If those free items are not in as-new condition, additional charges may apply.
Discrepancies: Any discrepancies may result in a delay or partial forfeiture of the refund.
Repeat returns: Some customers may be warned that subsequent returns will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Tech Valley reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Non-returnable items
Digital cards (e.g., iTunes, PSN, Xbox, Google Play, etc.)
Consumable items (e.g., batteries, microphones, chargers and similar products)
Items that are damaged or abused
Items with missing accessories (e.g., remote controls, cords, cables)
Opened computer software and video games
Return process
Pack the item in the original shipping package, if possible.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
Provide the original invoice/receipt.
Indicate the reason for the return and obtain a report.
Submit the report to customer service to initiate a bank refund. Bank refunds take 7–14 days.
